End of the month review 31/10/2012

Hi Allaboutballerz fans,
Hope you are all having a Great Halloween! Some of the defending that I saw in yesterday’s games was a nightmare at elms street. The game that I am talking about was last nights Reading vs Arsenal  5-7. The game took massive twists and turns after Reading were 4-0 up – it is scary to think that 8 more goals were to happen after this point.
This month hasn’t been scary for me at all – it has been brilliant, one of the busiest months that I have ever known! The business is currently going from strength to strength, and  is developing into almost all that I wish it to be.
The feedback that I have received through Social Media, has been an eye opener to how powerfull this website and business can be in the football industry. I want to modernise football in a way that we can help players to showcase themselves. I have made my site very social media driven, as Social media can be a great tool to aid us all in showing off our football skills And talents. My site gives footballers the avenues to showcase themselves and to carry on promoting themselves as they go on loading more and more skills clips to the website.
The power of social media is highlighted on my twitter account when Tom Cleverly (Manchester Utd) and James Mcarthur  (Wigan) retweeted one of @allaboutballerz Tweets. This really got the account going with lots of new followers and interest from around the world, after this people began contacting me and asking me all about the website.  Then I was asked to do a piece in the Sun newspaper then that took me to doing an interview for Talk-sport on the radio.
My phone has not stopped ringing since I have started this business, the calls have come from all different areas in the football industry. I have also been ringing and getting in touch with all the right people to really make this site very different to anything else out there on the Internet. The calls i have made have really been a mix speaking with people such as;  The FA, The PFA, PFAI, BUcS to various grassroots clubs and coaching schools. I have been ringing back reporters, managers, clubs, coaching academies and players of all ages. It’s been amazing to think that people are really getting to grips with what I want this site to be (a platform for players to GETNOTICED With much more to come!!).
People in the industry are always looking for more information about my new business, so I am always emailed more to them them to understand the different ways that I can help them. I even have a YouTube channel now with videos of myself talking about the websites different functions so that I can help people even further to understand what I do and the  websites different functions that can help everyone in football. The youtube clips will increase as allaboutballerz grows because I will begin video diaries on Ballerz  loading up their skills, helping people take notice of these lads and  really show they want to be the next big thing. I watch every clip that is loaded up to www.allaboutballerz.com and if I see a Ballerz clip with something special I will do a video on YouTube about it this particular  clip/player, I want you to be seen and GETNOTICED!!
The most important thing to happen this month is that Ballerz have been loading up and getting showcased, and I am very happy to announce these everytime it happens on the site. The big thing players need to understand is that they  are now taking control of their own careers, and should pat themselves on the back. It is empowering to know you have given it your best shot at “making it” or improving your careers at whatever level you play. It is not about different leagues on this site, or levels. It’s about wanting to be showcased to help yourself and your football careers. It’s a short one so enjoy it! Take control and  prove people wrong or right about your Baller talents, from the grassroots to international players any ages.
Kind regards
Guy Branston

Getting your youtube clips up on allaboutballerz

Getting Youtube clips to allaboutballerz.com,co.uk

Hi allaboutballerz fans,
I have been working hard to get Ballerz the best information for the site.To make it the site the best and quickest
place to upload your football videos, of your talents and skills as ballerz .Then its my job to get
showcasing football talent across the web and football world .
I will continue to do this for you. I want a working relationship with all Ballerz to help get their talents and skills
more notice.
I have had a lots of feedback about Youtube clips and how you get them on the site. Here is some tips to get your
football skills videos from YouTube on to allaboutballerz. It’s very easy and doesn’t take long
remember see this as a investment in your future or your family members . It could be the difference in getting noticed!
1. Download YouTube Downloader HD, then install and launch the program.
YouTube Downloader HD is a stand-alone program that allows you to download YouTube videos to your computer with various resolutions and file types.

2. Select the quality of the video using the Download dropdown menu. Many YouTube videos are offered in multiple
quality levels—from 240p to Full HD 1080p. Higher-quality videos look better but take up more hard-drive space and
take longer to download.
3. Check one of the optional boxes if you want to convert an FLV video to AVI or MP4. The FLV format is not as widely supported as AVI and MP4, so you may find your media player won’t recognize FLV videos.
4. Insert the URL of the YouTube video you want to download in the Video URL field. Follow the format of the example provided below the field.
5. Enter a Save to location.
6. Click the Download button. If you selected a video quality higher than is available, the program will prompt you to automatically try the next-best quality setting. This prompt will repeat until the highest available quality setting is found.
If you selected an FLV conversion option, conversion takes place automatically after the download is complete. YouTube Downloader HD will notify you when the video is saved and ready for viewing. Unfortunately YouTube Downloader HD
does not support batch downloading at this time, but you can launch multiple instances of the program to download
multiple YouTube videos simultaneously.
Taking the time to read this shows you want to make it ,showcasing your talents and skills by make  football
videos.will impress scouts,agents,managers.
Its a investment in your future !!!
Kind Regards

Help with uploading clips .

Hi Allaboutballerz fans

I am writing this blog to help you upload your clip quicker .
Upload Process
So you understand, this is the process
         1. User registers with site
2. User logs in
3. User goes to add new video
4. User finds the video on their computer - it must be in the format  specified and within the filesize limit.
Videos must be no larger than 20mb and in Ogg/Theora, WebM or MP4 formats .We want it this way so it's easier for us to get the message out on the net.If you do experience any problems. You might just need to convert the clip. This is very easy and free converter files can be found at http://download.cnet.com/1770-20_4-0.html?query=Free%20video%20converter&rpp=10&searchtype=downloads&filter=licenseName%3D%22Free%22%7Cplatform%3DWindows%2CiOS&filterName=licenseName%3DFree%7Cplatform%3DWindows%2CiOS
